Learning Activity 2-C-1 Instructions

1. Watch the presentation Mini Lesson on Brand Names.
2. In a word processing document, practice writing a five to six sentence Try-It about your experience getting ready this morning (or yesterday morning).
3. Click the Edit tab in the upper-right corner.
4. Scroll down the page until you see the first empty Try-It space.
5. Highlight the "Your Name" text.
6. Type your name.
7. Highlight the "PasteTry-It here." text.
8. Copy Try-It from the word processing document and paste it here.
9. Press Save on the Editor bar.

Remember, if you were to teach this activity in your own classroom students would be writing their responses in a "Try-It" section in their notebooks.
